Dr. Palumbo grew up in Carol Stream, where her passion for animals blossomed through volunteering with rescues and caring for animals from a young age. She pursued her dream by attending the University of Illinois, earning her veterinary degree in 2016. Shortly after, she joined Yorkville Animal Hospital, where she has been a dedicated and compassionate veterinarian ever since.  

Outside of work, Dr. Palumbo enjoys reading, horseback riding, and exploring craft breweries with friends. She shares her life with her husband, Jeremy, their beloved dog, Artie, two cats, Lupin and Milo, and her cherished horse, Sundance.
