Dr. Stephanie Oedewaldt
Dr. Oedewaldt grew up in a small town in central Illinois, where she volunteered at an animal shelter, and worked at a local veterinary hospital while in high school.
She graduated from the University of Illinois, summa cum laude, with a double major in biology and chemistry in 2004.
She then moved to Athens, Georgia and worked in the ER/critical care unit at the veterinary teaching hospital, while also obtaining her DVM degree. In 2009, she returned to Illinois to practice at Yorkville Animal Hospital.
Dr. Oedewaldt shares her home with her husband, Matt, and their three dogs, Rita, Peggy Sue, and Georgia.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, gardening and cooking.
